Grant Management
Includes a Grant Management organizational tracking system to keep track of all your funders and grant opportunities, along with a one hour virtual face-to-face consultation with Lisa on how to search for, manage, and track your funding opportunities. Also includes a basic grant proposal template and working checklist to help guide you through the grant process.
Planning and
Evaluation
Includes program planning and management tools, development or refinement of mission statements, goals and objectives, logic models, and implementation plans. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools, evaluation strategies, and reports are available to help track your impact and reach your milestones.
Proposal Editing and Proofreading
For organizations that have an in-house grant writer or that simply want a second opinion, GroundRoot Grants can offer a professional pair of eyes to provide constructive edits and feedback on your written proposal to make your application as competitive as it can be.
Fundraising
Strategies
Includes a carefully developed list of fundraising strategies and ideas to help your non-profit garner support from individual and corporate donors, as well as from volunteers and the community. Examples may include corporate sponsorships, customized donation request letters, fundraising events, and donor solicitation tactics.

Some services may be charged on a per-project basis, while other services are charged at an hourly rate. Sliding scale pricing may be available based on organization size and annual budget.
